The European Silver Task Force follows legislative, regulatory and policy initiatives around biocides, antimicrobial solutions, hygiene and sustainability.
The European Silver Task Force was created in 2006 to support the continued use of silver and silver substances as antimicrobials in the European Union. The European Silver Task Force supports a variety of silver substances in the EU biocide review programme: silver, silver zeolite, silver copper zeolite, silver zinc zeolite, silver sodium hydrogen zirconium phosphate, silver nitrate, silver phosphate glass, silver chloride and the reaction mass of titanium dioxide and silver chloride.
